iPhone Football Manager game in bits

It’s in pieces, scattered around. Parts working here, parts working there, but nothing whole. Step by step I am integrating it all together. Step by step I am making a game out of pieces of code.

Software Architecture

Although I am known publicly for writing games I have also spent many years working as a professional software developer and architect. During that time the terms used for senior developers has changed. Let me think of some:

Senior Programmer
Analyst Programmer
Technical Lead
Lead Developer
Senior Developer
Senior Analyst
and now
Architect
Software Architect
Solutions Architect
Technical Architect
Enterprise Architect

In fact we are a creative bunch, especially the Architects. We are creative at inventing job titles, I still have not mentioned:
Information Architect
Integration Architect
Infrastructure Architect
and
User Experience Architect

.. maybe I should say I am a Games Architect! :-)

Tiger Woods bedroom yawn

Has anybody considered that Tiger Woods bedroom antics are not really all that interesting, whereas his playing on the Golf course is! He is just like so many others, a human being with flaws, I don’t really care what he gets up to at home, that’s his life, not mine. But it is supposed to be important to us all right???
